We are striving to create an organisation having good and adequate climate which fosters students and teacher growth with continuous and comprehensive endeavour to improve the operating effectiveness of the school. St. Xavier School is working towards programming, school organisation and staffing, professional development, staff supervision & evaluation and student control and supervision on regular basis to bring out the best citizens. As a result our disciples are proclaiming "I see it, I get it, I can do it".

If innovation and dynamic but noble ideas are parameters of bright future then we do assure that we are marching ahead appropriately under the pedagogic Sun by putting forward a distinctive blend of offering in the areas of knowledge and enterprise in the form of encouraging students for debates, quiz contests and in various cultural events with our extra-curricular activities too our children keep the school's flag higher in the sky even in CBSE cluster by winning the medals.
